Inner LifeSpiritual Direction

What to expect

A regular conversation, at your pace.

You bring whatever is stirring: a decision, a loss, a restlessness, a question of faith, a sense that there must be more. The director listens deeply, asks gentle questions, and helps you pay attention to your own inner life and to God's movement within it.

Why spiritual direction?

Every one of us has a physical, a mental, and a spiritual side.

To become the best version of yourself, I believe you have to give your time to all three. Spiritual direction is where the spiritual side gets fed — and where it begins to flourish.

A typical session

Length
About an hour (50–60 minutes).
Rhythm
Most people meet about once a month.
Format
In Person or via Zoom — whichever serves you.
Fees
$50 – $100 per session, with reduced-fee spots available. Ask, and we'll find a way.

Is this therapy?

No. Spiritual direction is not counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it doesn't replace mental-health care. It's a companioning relationship focused on your spiritual life. If something arises that calls for a therapist or other professional, your director will gently encourage that support.

Who it's for

Anyone drawn to a deeper interior life — whether you're rooted in a faith tradition, returning to one, or simply searching. People often come during transitions, loss, burnout, or seasons of big questions. Athletes and those in high-pressure environments are especially welcome.

Still deciding?

Write with a question. There's no obligation in asking.
